📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

  • Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors, setting up event spaces, and managing event logistics.

  • Provide excellent customer service to banquet guests, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

  • Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure that all events are executed according to the agreed-upon plans and timelines.

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of banquet menus, ensuring that food and beverage services meet the highest standards.

  • Keep accurate records of banquet events, including guest lists, event schedules, and feedback.

  • Assist in the training and development of new banquet staff members.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the hospitality industry.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Banquet Manager.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
