Plus Market Nusantara is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our business development efforts, helping to identify new opportunities and driving growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in identifying and evaluating potential business opportunities.,Support the development and implementation of sales strategies.,Conduct market research to gather information on customer needs and preferences.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.,Provide excellent customer service to both existing and potential clients.,Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.,Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the retail sector.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Good understanding of market trends and customer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
