📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Provide financial support to the senior management team, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Monitor and control the company's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documents.,Coordinate with external auditors and accountants to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a managerial position.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial regulations.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
