📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documents.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, correctness, and consistency.,Develop and implement technical writing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of user manuals, quick reference guides, and other technical materials.,Support the technical writing team in achieving project deadlines and milestones.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communication, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and conciseness.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
