You’ll use industry-standard tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project to create detailed technical drawings and schedules, ensuring our bids are both competitive and compliant with client requirements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and submit competitive tender proposals for construction projects, ensuring all technical and financial requirements are met.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to gather and organize project documentation.
Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with client specifications and regulatory requirements.
Manage project timelines and budgets, working closely with our finance team to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Use industry-standard software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project to create detailed technical drawings and schedules.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry standards, and regulatory changes to ensure our bids remain competitive.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Provide regular reports to senior management on tender progress and project status.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction tendering, with a proven track record of securing high-value contracts.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project, with a strong understanding of construction drawing and scheduling.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and stakeholders.
Knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and tendering processes.
Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
