Fast Home Group is looking for a Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Bontang. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our vehicles. You will work closely with the Fleet Manager and other departments to ensure that our fleet is well-maintained and meets all safety and regulatory requirements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring of vehicles.,Ensure that all vehicles are well-maintained and meet safety and regulatory requirements.,Monitor fuel consumption and other operational costs, and work with the finance team to control expenses.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure that all deliveries and services are completed on time and to the required standard.,Investigate and resolve any issues or incidents related to the fleet, and ensure that corrective actions are taken.,Prepare and maintain accurate records of all fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver performance.,Collaborate with the Fleet Manager and other departments to develop and implement improvements to fleet operations and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
