📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field audits at BFI Finance Indonesia branches in Central Java to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Utilize SAP and internal audit software to gather, analyze, and report on financial data.
Collaborate with branch managers and operational teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Monitor progress of corrective actions and provide regular reports to senior management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with branch personnel to foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
Stay updated on financial regulations and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Contribute to risk management initiatives and operational excellence programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in field auditing or a similar role in the financial services industry.
Proficiency in English and local language (Jawa).
Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA) is a plus.
Experience with SAP and other financial software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
