BOLT Mandiri is looking for a dedicated Accounting Staff to join our team in Gresik, Jawa Timur. This is a hybrid role, combining office and remote work. We are seeking a professional who is detail-oriented and has a strong background in accounting. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and payroll processing. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.,Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Support the accounting team in audits and internal controls.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and filings.,Provide accounting support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
