📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Oversee the company's leave and attendance policies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a must.,English proficiency is a plus.
