📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.,Monitor departmental budgets and financial performance, providing regular reports to management.,Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise within the department.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive overall organizational success.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement relevant improvements within the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
