Berjaya Telecom is seeking a talented and motivated Lead Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing support in the analysis of financial data. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in accounting to develop their skills and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end closing, reconciling bank statements, and preparing management reports.,Provide support in the analysis of financial data, including variance analysis and budget preparation.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide support in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections.,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and provide support in the budgeting process.,Provide support in the preparation of financial statements for external auditors.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Recent graduate or someone with limited experience in accounting.,Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus.,Familiarity with English is a plus.
