The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the company's business objectives.,Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Conduct supplier evaluations and selection processes to ensure the best value for money.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and reports.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Lead and mentor junior procurement staff to ensure the team's success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record in managing supplier relationships and procurement processes.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and tools.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Indonesian language proficiency is a plus.,Certifications in procurement or related fields are a plus.
