📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and optimize production lines using advanced engineering principles and tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and PLM systems.
• Conduct process analysis and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and equipment.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and PLM systems.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
