📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on production machinery and utility equipment
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues
• Follow maintenance schedules and work orders to ensure timely completion
• Collaborate with the maintenance supervisor to prioritize tasks and resolve issues
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment condition
• Participate in shift handover procedures to ensure smooth operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques for industrial machinery
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems (MMS) and computer-based maintenance management software (CMMS)
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols
• Valid certification in basic electrical and mechanical maintenance (preferred)
• Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
