📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff,Ensure that all processes comply with company policies and procedures,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement new initiatives,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong knowledge of operations management principles and practices,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operations management software,Ability to travel as needed
