📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and satisfactory solutions,Generate and maintain operational reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement,Assist in the implementation of new operational processes and procedures,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
