📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow,Maintain accurate records and reports of operations activities,Assist in the implementation of new systems and procedures,Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly,Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to operational improvements,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
