📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects from inception to completion.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.,Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.,Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.,Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for project challenges.,Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.,Provide technical guidance and support to engineering staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and project management methodologies.,Proficient in using project management software and engineering tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards is a plus.
