📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening potential candidates for job openings.,Conducting initial interviews and assessing candidates' qualifications.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
