📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting functions for strata properties, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial insights and support to property managers and owners.,Prepare and submit tax returns and financial reports to relevant authorities.,Monitor and control expenses, ensuring they are in line with budget.,Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in strata accounting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
