📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of healthcare facilities and equipment.,Ensure the safety and compliance of all site operations.,Coordinate with contractors and vendors for facility improvements and upgrades.,Monitor and maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.,Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols.,Train and supervise maintenance staff as needed.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or facility management.,Strong knowledge of healthcare facility maintenance and operations.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards.
