In this role, you will work closely with our merchandising team to ensure that our product assortments are optimized for maximum sales and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to improve our product offerings. Additionally, you will manage our inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.

- Manage product categories, including planning, merchandising, and assortment optimization.
- Drive sales growth by analyzing sales data and identifying trends.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure that our product offerings are aligned with customer needs and market trends.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and inventory.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
- Ensure that our stores are well-stocked and visually appealing to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Provide regular updates to the management team on the performance of product categories.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising principles.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving product assortments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
