📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and submit competitive tender proposals for construction projects, ensuring all technical and financial requirements are met.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to gather and organize project documentation.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with client specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, working closely with our finance team to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Use industry-standard software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project to create detailed technical drawings and schedules.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry standards, and regulatory changes to ensure our bids remain competitive.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on tender progress and project status.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction tendering, with a proven track record of securing high-value contracts.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project, with a strong understanding of construction drawing and scheduling.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and tendering processes.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
