Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field audits at BFI Finance Indonesia branches in Central Java to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Utilize SAP and internal audit software to gather, analyze, and report on financial data.
• Collaborate with branch managers and operational teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor progress of corrective actions and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with branch personnel to foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on financial regulations and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to risk management initiatives and operational excellence programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in field auditing or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in English and local language (Jawa).
• Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA) is a plus.
• Experience with SAP and other financial software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
