Agile Coach

In this role, you’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement Agile practices like Scrum and Kanban, ensuring seamless collaboration and continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, practices, and tools.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team productivity.
• Assist in the creation and refinement of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct Agile training sessions for new team members and stakeholders.
• Measure and report on team performance metrics and Agile adoption.
• Collaborate with product owners and other stakeholders to align Agile practices with business objectives.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar role, preferably in a software development environment.
• Certification in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring teams to improve their Agile practices.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
