In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to identify and approach potential customers, build trust and rapport, and provide exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for managing customer accounts, tracking customer interactions, and ensuring that our customers' needs are met. With your strong sales and relationship-building skills, you will help us achieve our sales targets and contribute to the growth of KB Finansia Multi Finance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow the customer base by identifying and approaching potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
• Track and manage customer interactions and account information using CRM software.
• Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the electronics sector.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and that our products and services are aligned with market demands.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field in the electronics sector.
• Strong understanding of CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the electronics industry and market trends.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
