In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, assisting with the upkeep of our resort's infrastructure, such as electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC. You will also be involved in the daily cleaning and organization of our engineering workspace, ensuring that all tools and equipment are readily available for our team's use. Additionally, you will support our engineering team in the execution of larger projects, providing assistance with tasks such as material handling, equipment operation, and general labor.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with the daily maintenance and upkeep of the resort's infrastructure, including electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Support the engineering team in the execution of larger projects, providing assistance with tasks such as material handling, equipment operation, and general labor.
• Perform routine cleaning and organization of the engineering workspace, ensuring that all tools and equipment are readily available for the team's use.
• Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of various systems and equipment throughout the resort.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Participate in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with the preparation and execution of work orders, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the engineering or maintenance industry.
• Strong knowledge of basic engineering principles and practices.
• Familiarity with common tools and equipment used in engineering and maintenance work.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a vehicle.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
