📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and prescribe corrective lenses using advanced optical technology.
• Fit and dispense prescription eyewear, ensuring optimal comfort and vision correction.
• Provide personalized advice on eye health, vision correction options, and lifestyle choices that promote eye wellness.
• Perform routine eye care procedures such as tonometry, refraction, and slit lamp examination.
• Order and manage eyewear inventory, ensuring timely delivery and stock availability.
• Collaborate with the optician team to maintain high standards of hygiene and patient care.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in optical technology and eye care practices.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new eye care services and products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Optometry or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in optometry or a related field.
• Professional certification from a recognized optometry board (e.g., American Optometric Association Board of Opticianry).
• Proficient in using optical instruments and software such as AuthaVision, OptiMap, and Visionix.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and patient care.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
