📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage product categories, including planning, merchandising, and assortment optimization.
• Drive sales growth by analyzing sales data and identifying trends.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure that our product offerings are aligned with customer needs and market trends.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and inventory.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
• Ensure that our stores are well-stocked and visually appealing to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Provide regular updates to the management team on the performance of product categories.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising principles.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving product assortments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
