🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.,10+ years of experience in a leadership role in the data management, analytics, or security space, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions to clients.,Deep understanding of the public sector landscape, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.,Strong technical skills in data management, analytics, and security, with a proven ability to design, implement, and manage complex data solutions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
